A Moment of Madness by Brooklyn Skye was an okay read for me. I love the storyline of the book but the hero wasn’t doing it for me. Don’t get me wrong I love the heroine, Sailor since she seemed to be the only character who had proper development and growth unlike Ryan. Sailor was an easy character to love because she allowed us to see her vulnerability as she made mistakes when she was young and in such learned from them. And so when she meets, Ryan who is broody and wary of Sailor, he makes things difficult for her. The push and pull is there and so is the chemistry so all in all, it was only a matter of time till both characters let down their guards when it came to to the matters of the heart.
While I didn’t love this book, I will say that Brooklyn Skye will be on my radar as she has a knack for storytelling.
