This book is about two broken souls finding each other at the very low time of their lives. Hayden had a hard past and not so promising present, but he was ok with that. Yes, Hayden was gorgeous, and can have any woman he wants without even trying, but that didn’t mean he never got lonely. Hayden is every girl’s fantasy and he never brings the same woman home more than once, until Alex that is.
Once Hayden had seen the beautiful broken girl who had been crying for days, it was over for him and he didn’t even know it. His not one to care for anybody’s feelings, but with Alex he couldn’t help but care. He tried to keep her at arm's length, not only to keep himself in check, but he also couldn’t pull her in his mess of a life. But after a short time he couldn’t help but want to be around her. When they were around each other they were good, any sadness either one of them felt would be forgotten, replaced with their carefree selves and happy thoughts. Together they had fun and became themselves, there was no hiding. The more closer they got, the closer their two worlds collided. With dangers from Hayden’s life threatening what he has with Alex, be the same danger that will split them apart? Read and find out.
This book is a beautiful and heartbreaking. With so much darkness trying to take over both Alex and Hayden lives, these two saved each other by just being around each other. The relationship they have was sweet and they were very protective of each other. They became each other’s rock and savior. Neither one would survive without the other.
This story of love and friendship, will keep you reading until the last page. I can’t wait what Author J. Nathan has up her sleeves, because she already got me hook on her stories.

UNTIL ALEX, is what would pull all readers who enjoys...betrayal, heartbreak, losing loved ones and a second chance at love. I've read a lot of love stories, but not all have stuck with me, but, this by far, I know I will be thinking about for awhile. Adding this to my list of top reads for 2015.
Alex and Hayden, who both have been through hell and back. They both long for something that could possibly heal their wounds, or could at least make them forget, even it's only temporary. Just to numb the pain they are both carrying over their shoulders. They become friends who banters non-stop and it's what makes their story a page turner. It makes you want to flip the pages, after next. Give them a chance and read their unforgettable romance that is unique in their own way. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves a foreplay that is detailed and will leave you breathless. It was very passionate and I fell in love with both of the main characters. This is a standalone, and it ended just how I wanted it to.
I enjoyed J. Nathan's SINCE DREW and UNTIL ALEX. You will not be disappointed. Looking forward to reading what she has in store next.

Gripping!!! Until Alex by J. Nathan was an amazing debut book that had all the FEELS. This book was beautiful, gripping, poignant, emotional, raw, and angsty read that captivated me from the opening pages. As a reader, I love when authors allows their readers to feel raw and Ms. Nathan did just that. She made her characters come to life and made us LIVE and FEEL every facets of emotions from happiness, sadness, love, and heartbreak. I honestly don't have any words for this book because this story is meant to be read and experienced. To feel the pain. To feel the loss. To feel the emptiness. To feel the love. To feel the healing. And Ms. Nathan truly captures those raw emotions. The connection of Hayden and Alex is a bond that will be etched into our hearts because this is a connection like no other. All I can say, Until Alex is a great debut book and I look forward to reading more from J. Nathan.
