The Road That Leads To Us is about two best friends since they were still in diapers. Willow Wade is the daughter of my favorite character from book one of the series, Last To Know, the drummer of the Willow Creek band, Maddox Wade and Emma Burke. Having a rock star for a dad and surrounded by paparazzi / stalkers was one of its perks to being related to a celebrity. Her Parents fell in love one summer night. She is daddy’s little girl. Packed up and left for college seemed to rush that when she came back home during school vacation, she starts to think twice…if going to college was for her. Dean is related to the cousin of the guitar player in Willow’s dad’s band. He has always secretly loved Willow as more than his best friend. She may have gone off to college, but he knows for a fact that no matter what happens, she will always be his one and only person she could count on to always be there for her without being judgmental. He knows that she’s as closed off as a book. He’s had a hard time letting her open up, but he know deeps down that when she is ready to open up he will be right where she expects him to be, by her side. Just waiting for her to come running to him like a knight and shining armor. Together they embark a journey to find themselves. But what Both Dean and Willow discovers is something they both never imagined could ever happen.
This is a must read for anyone who loves friends to lovers stories. I can’t wait to find out about Willow’s mysterious, Liam. You’ve done it again, Micalea.

The Road That Leads To Us is a journey of Dean and Willow finding themselves through a road trip together. Not only is about them finding each other for more that they thought they could ever be together, but for Willow to truly finding herself with Dean’s help. This book is sweet, squeaky clean, but lots of fun. Not only did I enjoy Willow and Dean’s playful relationship, but I truly enjoyed Maddox and Willow’s relationship. Maddox and Willow’s relationship plays a big part of how Willow grew up to be, which is a respectable, beautiful young lady and a very loving one at that. I love that Maddox was a big part of the story and I enjoyed knowing that he hasn’t changed much. He still loves his hedgehogs as much as he did before and him knitting is still really funny to me, but cute. An enjoyable, very mellow book, about journey to finding oneself and the love of your life. I loved it.

On Dublin Street series has been one of my favorite series ever since Samantha Young introduced us to Joss, Braden, Ellie, Adam and the other cast of characters that makes up this amazing series. And in this recent addition to the series, One King's Way, Ms. Young once again charms her readers with this sweet, beautiful and touching romantic novella.

If you are a big fan of the series like myself then you would probably remember the scene where a hot Scottish bartender kissed Joss in front of Braden Carmichael On Dublin Street to make Braden jealous. Well, that hot and sexy bartender is Craig Lanaghan and this time this playboy is gonna meet the woman who will rock his world and change his manwhore ways.

Craig has always been the non-commitment kind of guy. He loves to flirt and charm the ladies. And that has always been a bonus since he relies on those tips. Besides being a bartender, Craig is a family man. He loves his mother and younger sisters and has stepped up as the man of the household when his father had passed away. As of the moment, he is enjoying his playboy ways but that all changes when Rain Alexandar walks into his bar. The moment he saw Rain, he wanted her. He was intrigued by her charming and adorable fashion sense and that she did not easily give into his charms when he introduced himself to her. When Craig continues to run into Rain, he convinces her to go on a date with him. And soon one date becomes to several and the next thing you know, Rain and Craig are in a relationship. This once playboy finds himself happy and in love with Rain.

Rain Alexander is a hopeless romantic. She loves the idea of a hero that sweeps her off her feet. She never expected to meet someone like Craig, a man who had her smitten in the short time that they have known each other. She loved that she could be her carefree self when she was with him. He made her feel special, loved and cherished. But when her sister calls her that she wants to move the business to Australia and that they should live there, Rain must decide between her sister and Craig. When Rain finally found the love of her life, can she sacrifice her happiness for her sister? Can Craig leave his family behind in Scotland and move to Australia?

I honestly believe that Samantha Young can write anything and has a way of spellbinding her readers into falling in love with her characters. And One King's Way was the perfect example of a sweet, touching, and cute love story. Since it was a novella, the relationship of Craig and Rain maybe a bit rushed and insta-love but I didn't mind it all because it worked for them. One King's Way was a charming novella that left you smiling as Craig and Rain begin to write their epic love story. And as an added bonus as to why you should read this book, my favorite lovebirds Braden and Joss makes an appearance.

Wrapped In Lace was beautiful, sexy and gratifying. Drew and Piper were smoking hot together. Their love for each other was purely sweet and satisfying. I love love this book so much. This is by far Author Prescott Lane’s best work yet.

Drew and Piper were the best of friends when they were little. They have been there for each other since they were just kids. When they were six Piper wanted to be part of the boys so much, she went camping with them knowing she was afraid of the dark. She never made a peep no matter how scared she was, but she didn’t have to say anything Drew knew she was afraid. So he made her light, by bringing two jars of fireflies to keep her from being afraid and stayed outside her tent and held her hand all night. They were the best of friends like that. They were inseparable, until at the age of 14, Piper had to move away that they had no choice but to separate. They tried to keep in touch through letters, until they couldn’t anymore.

Years later…all grown up, their reunion was unexpected and they flirted their night away. It didn’t take long for them to click back into the friendship they had when they were kids and it didn’t take long for their love to come out full blown. But will they figure out how to be together with their past trying to catch up to them? Read and find out.

This has been one of the sweetest stories I’ver ever read and I couldn’t help but love it from the beginning to end. Drew and Piper’s story kept my attention at every page and loving every moment they had together. Drew and Piper were so hot together, you can feel their love and heat burning through the pages. Their love and journey from when they were kids to their adult life was such a beautiful story to read. I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed this book and I can’t wait for what Prescott Lane will come up with next. =)

There are three sides to every story- yours, theirs and the truth!!! And this sentiment and message is the main emphasis in the book SEAL Brotherhood: Lucas by Sharon Hamilton. This is my first book that I have read from this author and it won't be my last. Ms. Hamilton was able to integrate layers of steam, sexiness, romance, angst, and suspense into the story-line.

Right off the opening pages, I was SOLD!!! Who wouldn't want to read a book about hot sexy NAVY SEALS!!!!! Special Operator Lucas Shipley is shocked when he is served divorced papers from his wife after five years of marriage. He thought his issues with his wife could be reconciled but his wife wasn't having it. Lucas could embark on a dangerous secretive mission but he never expected that he would have to face an uphill battle of his marriage. When his wife served him papers, she wanted to settle the financial aspects of their marriage. Marcy Gelland is hired by Lucas's wife to handle their real estate assets. She has been told by the wife that Lucas is a manwhore and a manipulator. But when Marcy and Lucas finds themselves alone in Northern California, she finds Lucas is none of those things. Soon an electric chemistry begins to heat up between the two. Will this hero find himself getting his second chance at love?

Overall, I enjoyed this quick, steamy read that had a bit of thriller suspense thrown into the mix. Did I love the characters? I am honestly not sure about the relationship of Marcy and Lucas. I felt their relationship was so insta-lust/love and they really just about jumped into bed right off the meeting. I wished the author laid more of a groundwork as to why this couple had such a strong connection to one another. I also wished the hero, Lucas made more of an effort to want to see his kids.

Episode 6 of the Rising Storm Series picks off where it last left off in the previous book. And in this episode, I found myself enjoying this installment more than the previous episode. What I particularly liked in this episode was the stirring of the drama and the upcoming storm that is approaching on the residents of STORM. Though this installment was primarily focused on Marisol Moreno and her relationship with Patrick, I thought the author did a great job incorporating the other ensemble's drama into the mix. Rebecca Zanetti did a great job writing this installment as she was able to satisfy our curiosity with the ongoing secrets and scandals. Of course on the forefront leading the torrential downpour of drama, Ginny and Dakota continue cause célèbre. I can't wait to see how this series wraps up in the last two books.

One Life was sweet, but full of heartbreak. It’s is my first A.J. Pine book and I loved it. She had me fall in love, then broke my heart and loved again. Zoe and Spock’s story is full of tragedy, but has a light in the end of the tunnel. It made me feel so much for the two broken people that just wanted to be loved. Zoe and Spock are cute and sweet, but had so much of themselves hidden from the world, that only they can help each other. They are each others light, even if they took a while to figure it out. Spock is a beautiful guy who loved with all his heart and Zoe was his Supergirl, that he loved so much. They are comic geeks who are full of talents and seeing them on fire for their art is beautiful. I loved this story and the light it brought out.

Taking Connor was so good and it’s one of those books that deserves more than 5 stars. It was touching, heartbreaking, but also really beautiful and sweet.

When I read the Blurb of the book, I didn’t really know what to expect. I knew any book by B.N. Toler is good, but I didn’t expect Taking Connor would be as good as it was. This book blew me away, it was so much more than I was expecting. Connor and Demi sucked me into their story from the beginning. The strong and beautiful characters that they were, made me fall in love with them quickly.

Demi’s husband made her promise before he died, to take care of his cousin Connor after he gets out of jail. To give Connor everything he had set him up for him and to help me get back on his feet. Demi never imagined that Connor would be anything to her, but her dead husband’s cousin. But she learned from their first day together, that Connor was so much more than she could imagine. Not only was he a beautiful man, but he was also hiding a beautiful person deep inside. After their serious heavy talked, she realized she wasn’t the only one that love her late husband Blake. That Connor loved his cousin so much and she finally got a glimpse of understanding why her husband wanted Connor to be alright and why he respected him so much. Connor was respectful, helped Demi out with what she needed and they became fast friends. But there was also the attraction they had for each other, that she thought was so wrong to ever feel. But the closer they got, the harder it was for both of them not to take action for their feelings for each other. Will Demi and Connor figure out that love is worth fighting for? Read and find out.

Demi and Connor were beautiful and so strong together. They fought hard against their feelings for each other, because of how much they love and respected Blake. But in the end they learned to let go and understood, that what they have is what Blake would have wanted for them. Blake would want nothing more than, for the two people he loved the most to love each other. Demi and Connor were so hot and sexy together, that you can feel the how much they wanted each other just by the way they talked and touched each other. The way they cared for each other was so real, you can feel it off the pages. What these two had to go through was heartbreaking, but only made them stronger. This book was so good and I couldn’t put it down until the last page.

I definitely recommended this as a must read 5+ star read for anyone who hasn’t read it. It was so beautiful, I had to say beautiful on my review so many times, because that’s what it was. This is a beautifully written story about love, forgiveness and hope and when it comes to the people you love, it is worth fighting for even with your life.

Rules of the Ride is my first H.J. Bellus book that I have read and I'm scolding myself as to why I haven't read any of her books before because if this book was any indications of the raw emotional touching storyline that can grip your heart, then H.J. Bellus you have my full attention now. I honestly didn't know what to expect when I first started this book. At first, I was thinking a hot sexy cowboy who ropes in the woman that catches his eye. But Ms. Bellus completely surprises on how deep, touching, and emotional Rules of the Ride was as it weaved the depths of forgiveness, acceptance, love, and second chances.

I have always been a fan of family themed books and Rules of the Ride is a great example of a strong united family who are willing to go beyond the means to help one another. As I have said earlier, this definitely won't be my last H.J. Bellus book. I look forward to reading what lies ahead for the Slatter's Family and as well as what other books Ms. Bellus has in store. So if you are ready to get swept away in a sweet and heartbreakingly beautiful second chance love story then Rules of the Ride might be the book for you.

Rules of the Ride is about second chances. Not everyone gets to experience that. And if it does, Do everything in your power to grasp that and cherish every moment of it. Finding the one, I think only happens once in a lifetime. And when it does, holding on for dear life is the best way to go.

Ella leaving Maverick was too much to bear. If you love someone, you do not walk away from them. You hold on to that love and make it last. And her taking off if I were in her Maverick's shoes I would not know when to do with myself. It hurt Maverick, gutted him and made him turn into another person. Slept with anything that had two legs. It’s his way of forgetting, numbing the pain Ella caused.

Crossing paths…Ella’s mother passed away and Maverick’s little brother Marek is getting married and this could either turn out bad or good. Loving someone doesn’t just vanish out of thin air. You can’t just wake up one day and decide that. They will both be put to the test. They both need to stick it out to get their happily ever after. The only question is, will Maverick ever trusts Ella with his heart again? You need to read and get to know Maverick. To readers who are fans of hot alpha male, cowboy…I suggest you read A SILVERSTAR NOVEL series. Heidi is one of my favorite authors and I can’t wait for what she has in store next since she write like she has a pain built with her hands.

Friction by Sawyer Bennett chronicles two opposing attorneys who are brought together on civil case that means a lot to Leary Michaels. When Leary takes on a case that she has personal ties with, she makes it her mission to get justice for her client and that no one or nothing will stand in her way. Using her feminine charm of brains and seduction, she can easily deduce if the opposing attorney is thinking with his brain or pants. But what Leary didn't expect was to meet another attorney who knew how to challenge her sexually and intellectually. Reeve Holloway was the perfect match for Leary. He was smart, attractive, and cocky as hell. He knew that he affected Leary the same way she did for him. So when they finally decided to act on their sexual attraction, they decided that they can be fuck buddies and they will not let their case affect them or the trial. Leary and Reeve knew to keep their sexual relationship separate from their case. But as they continue to spend more time with each other, their feelings for each other begins to intensify.

Reeve knew his client was an asshole and that Leary was taking on this case because she believed on the integrity of justice. But in the corporate world of insurances where money, power, and intimidation talks, Reeve walks in a fine line of what is morally right. He must make a choice that could totally blindside Leary and could possible cause a friction in their relationship. They say justice is blind, so can Reeve turn his back on his career and do the right and honorable thing? Will Reeve and Leary be adjourning to the bedroom? Or will Leary be finding herself dismissing Reeve?

So what is my final verdict? Well, there is not much to say but I absolutely loved this book. Right off the opening pages, I was addicted. Ms. Bennett did an amazing job integrating layers of justice, romance, steam, sexiness, heart and humanity into the story-line. Sawyer allowed readers to look beyond our judgmental eyes. She allowed them to really feel for each of the characters especially when it came to Leary and her client. I love when a book can captures your heart and Friction did just that. I was instantly drawn to Leary's passion for her client and what she was willing to give up even if it means her law license. So if you want to read a book where passion, humanity, and love prevails, then I highly recommend you to read Friction. Also, I have to testify the Sawyer Bennett has written several steamy moments between Leary and Reeve that will have you attesting that beyond a reasonable doubt that these two were guilty as charge a perfect match for each other.

Tempting the New Boss by Angela Claire was a quirky fun and yet a sexy read!!! I enjoyed this book a quite a bit since this is not your typical book hero. Mason Talbot is a successful wealthy business CEO. Usually in most books that deals with CEO's, the hero is typically found to be dominant, total alpha male, and exudes confidence but in the case for Mason, he is none of those things. Mason is your hero who is socially awkward and has no filters. He lacks the social skills and comes across sometimes as aloof, brazen, and brash. His personal assistant is the only one who can understand Mason and his quirky personality. So when his assistant hires Camilla Anderson, a new attorney for Talbot Inc. to accompany Mason in securing business deals, Camilla never expected to find herself attracted to the socially awkward Mason.

When Camilla and Mason had to fly out on a private plane to London, they never expected their flight would be full of unexpected surprises and bumps. Due to a severe weather storm, their plane had to do an emergency landing in Nova Scotia. Camilla's first week on the job was nothing what she expected because soon she finds herself having hot steamy passionate sex with her boss. Being not so good with words, Mason makes it awkward for her when her family lands in Nova Scotia to make sure she is okay after their plane had to do an emergency landing. And lets just say Mason didn't make a great first impression with her parents. As Camilla and Mason begins to have deeper affections for one another, can Camilla be able to separate her business and personal relationship with Mason?

This book was definitely your feel good kind of romance. It was different, fresh, and sweet. I loved that the author didn't give us your standard alpha CEO but instead gave us Mason Talbot. The ending of the revelation of why Mason acted the way he did was done in a way that will make readers understand for Mason's behavior. This is my second book that I have read from this author and will definitely check out more books from Angela Claire. So if you are looking for a sweet and lovable book then I would suggest you give this book a try. I loved that this book sends a positive message reminding us to never judge a person and see the beauty in their flaws.
