One word. Speechless. Bring Me Back has rendered me speechless. How could this one book leave me gasping for air and emotional? It’s simple. Bring Me Back was one of those emotional reads that consume and evokes a sense of meaning. This book not only gripped me through its pages but it has taken me back to the raw place I was last year in losing not just one but two important people in my life. And with Micalea’s beautiful and heartbreaking prose, she pulls all the heartstrings as she introduces readers to Blaire, Ben, and Ryder. This is a story where your heart is exposed to the elements and where you must endure the ups and downs that life entails. In this real and utterly devastatingly beautiful story, Micalea will bring readers back to what truly matters.


Everyone's reviews are all different but in my own opinion, you'd understand what the author was trying to let her readers understand. And if you have not experienced a loss like this then I don't think you would really understand. I felt everything Micalea had written in this book. She may have broken your heart but in the end, you'll find that moving on doesn't mean you're forgetting the loved ones you've lost. It just means that you've accepted the fact that they may not be around physically but know that they'll always be in our hearts and watching over us from above.

I'm a huge fan of Micalea and I thank her for giving me this opportunity to read Bring Me Back, before the unknown release date. I also want to urge readers to take a chance with this book. This is not just an ordinary story. This is a story of reality. Of pain. Loss. Heartbreak. Love. Second Chance. And of Hope. And most importantly this is a story that brings you back to discovering what it means to love and live. And so if you are looking for a story with those elements, then I urge you. No, I’m telling you to read this unforgettable heartbreaking love story.
