If you are a fan of sweet, cute and endearing love stories, then Crazy for the Competition by Cindi Madsen might be the book for you. This is the second book that I have read from this author and I might say Cindi definitely knows how to bring out the warm butterfly feelings of sweet love in her newest release. Ms. Madsen reminds us that love is full of unexpected surprises and the person you least expect to make your hearts flutter might be the bad boy with a heart of gold.
Crazy for Competition chronicles the story of Quinn Sakata and Heath Brantley as they compete for this property in Hope Springs. Quinn wants to open a bed and breakfast inn whereas Heath wants to open a hunting lodge. So as these two compete to win the property, they suddenly found themselves fighting an attraction to one another. With sparks flying and a sizzling chemistry, can Quinn and Heath find a solution to their dilemma? So can this bad boy win the heart of Quinn? Or will this bidding competition ruin their chance to happily ever after?
I love when books showcase diversity with their main characters. There is nothing like showcasing a love story that can unite two characters as they try to find a balance with their cultural differences. Though this book might not be filled with hot sex, this book was brimming with lots of sweet moments, kisses, and touches that will warm any romantic reader's heart. What I really appreciate about this book was the author really kept true to her characters and she showed a hero who respected a woman's decision to wait till marriage. So if you are looking for a book where the only important thing to win is your heart, then this book might be for you.
