The Tempest Rising by Julie Kenner reads like a daytime soap-opera. So if you have ever watched All My Children, One Life to Live, or The Days of Our Lives and found yourself getting sucked into the character's drama, then The Tempest Rising is the book for you. In this small town of Storm, the chaos of destruction is crazy. You have adultery, political scandal, pregnancy, secrets, and so much more.... If the first installment was just a taste of what is to come, I can't wait to see what awaits in the next installment.
