Jack Hammer started out very sweet like flowers and rainbows. It started out with the sweetest time of their lives. They were as sweet as pie, I couldn’t help but love them. The dance before they got together was sweet and their first time making love was very sexy and sweet. Which means the first half of the book is all about the sweetness of two young kids falling in love, but that was only the beginning. The second half of their lives were a lot more complicated.

Everything in their lives, their plan for their future together looked promising, everything was falling into place. They knew all they wanted was each other. And where the other went, the other half followed. But before they could get to their happy ending, tragedy hits both their lives and pulled them apart. The time they needed each other the most they were separated. All it took was a couple of misunderstanding, to shatter both their hearts in pieces.
They didn’t see each other again, until that night Chelsey decided to visit a strip club. Boy was she in for a rude awakening. There he was Blaine the “Jack Hammer” with all his glory shaking his fine a** for everyone to see. That was also the night they both came alive again. Seeing each other was surreal and it opened up old wounds, but it also opened up their hearts to feel again. Will this be the beginning of their 2nd chance? Or is Blaine too far out for Chelsey to reach? Read and find out.

This book put me in through emotions of love and loss and what they both went through was really heartbreaking. When they separated Blaine became a robot, all he did was work and take care of his family. They both became bitter, when everything could’ve been fix with a simple conversation. But as life goes, we all have to go through things to grow up and experience life and those experiences is what carved their future together. or apart? Life made them stronger in the end.
Love the book, thx for sharing it with me Tabitha Vargo. You both did an amazing job.
