I read Slip of the Tongue and I could not have enough of the sizzling hot forbidden romance that the author Jessica Hawkins brought into the first book of the series. Although it is a series, each book can be read as a standalone but it's better to read in order to know the characters. In book two The First Taste you will meet Sadie's brother Andrew. He is a single father to a one spoiled daughter name Bell. His daughter struggles with being separated from him. It is the reason his love life is so dull. After being burned from his daughter's mother he is scared to commit to a relationship, no dating but since he's a guy after all he can only afford to have one night stands. He meets his sister Sadie's boss Amelia, who caught his eyes. Feisty and a snob will not stop him from pursuing his prey. He'll do anything to make any excuses just to get his hands on Amelia. The no strings attached agreement they have can only go so far. They both came out of a bad relationship and will take a lot to knock down the walls they put up to protect themselves from getting hurt once again.

This is a must read and I highly recommend it to all readers who craves the adrenaline and sexcapades that will have you fanning yourself.
