The first time they met wasn’t a memory to remember, Bran was an a**, while Talia was awkward. But once they walked away from each other, they both realized that a mark was left by the other. Bran might have been a d*ck, but he was just trying to get away from feeling anything for anyone. As for Talia she’s an innocent girl who was trying to live her life, who was as confused about her feelings as Bran was. When these two finally figured a little bit of how they were feeling, they sought each other out and gave whatever was going on between them a chance.

When Bran doesn’t have his walls up and let’s himself be normal, he was a decent guy..A real gentleman to be exact. But Bran is wanting to believe that he didn’t “Believe In Love”, put up his d*ck head persona that Talia can see through. Talia isn’t the only one that sees through Bran, Bran sees through her also. He sees that she is troubled, with some issues she doesn’t want to admit to. They may be a lot of things other people, but they mean the world to each other. Things others don’t pay attention to, they noticed with each other immediately. These two could be a mess waiting to happen, but together they made sense.
Talia and Bran have their up and downs, but who doesn’t. These two work through what they want and what they could have together. At times things would get rough, but they always realized each other’s mistakes and try to make everything good again.
Of course I cannot forget the heat these two make, when they make love..they do it like they are the only ones that exist in the world. Bran knows Talia’s past, always made sure that the experience they had together is as good as it can be. These two broken souls are a perfect match and I love every bit of this book.
I’m glad I read this whole series. Talia + Bran = PERFECT.
