I have definitely left my heart in San Francisco and it’s not because I am from this beautiful city but the fact that Layla Hagen continues to write swoonworthy, heart-palpitating, tangible and sweet love stories following the Bennett family of San Francisco.

If you have read the first two books of The Bennett Family Series, then you are well aware that Sebastian and Logan are officially off the market thanks to the matchmaking skills of their sister, Pippa Bennett. And now it seems the tables have turn and the third eldest sibling is finally gonna get a taste of her own medicine when her meddlesome siblings try to match her with Eric Callahan.

Eric Callahan is a single widowed father. His life has centered on work and especially his daughter, Julia, whom he loves and treasures the most after losing his wife to a fatal car accident. Eric brought along his daughter to San Francisco for a three month stay to oversee his company West Coast flagship jewelry stores. Eric is also good friends with Max Bennett, the younger brother of Pippa. Eric’s daughter happens to be a big fan Pippa’s jewelry designs and hopes to follow in her footsteps. Eager to meet Pippa, Julia was over the moon ecstatic that Pippa agreed to mentor her for two weeks before Julia’s summer school design program starts.
Right off the initial meeting, Pippa was hot and bothered by Eric’s presence. She has never met a man that she immediately felt a strong connection to. As Eric befriends Pippa, they soon find themselves flirting with one another. For the first time ever, Pippa is happy since her divorce. She finally found a man who saw the real Pippa. As Eric and Pippa explore this uncharted new territory of love, they both begin to see their fears about love begin to crumble. But what happens when Eric and Julia’s time in San Francisco comes to an end and they must return back to Boston, will Pippa be able to let go of Eric and Julia? Will Eric be able to leave his heart in San Francisco?

Your Forever Love was a sweet, sexy, and beautiful love story that had all the elements of family, friendship, second chances, and passion. I absolutely adored this sweet and heartfelt tale of two people discovering and getting their second chance at love. And I definitely think Tony Bennett had it right, I did leave my heart in San Francisco. So if you are looking for a romance that is brimming with love, laughter, steam, and charm then look no further than a Layla Hagen book. I seriously can’t wait for Max’s book and hopefully Max will fall in love a San Francisco resident but either way, I can’t wait for his book.
