I loved Hopeless Vows, the story exceeded my expectation. When I first read the Synopsis of the book and saw the cover, I was super excited. When I finally started reading, I was hopelessly in love with Austin and Jillian’s story. Yes, they were complete strangers when they agreed to marry each other, but it was more than that. The connection they had towards each other was gratifying. Every page I read, I became more and more addicted and I couldn’t put the book down until the last page. It’s like watching your favorite Netflix show, you just have to watch the whole season or you won’t be able to do anything else. That’s exactly how I felt, their story consumed me and wouldn’t let me go until the end. It’s just that good.



The Story…
Jillian was feeling lonely, so instead of finding her own man she joined a tv show experiment. Marry a complete stranger, who she will meet on the wedding day and stay married for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks they must decide to stay married or divorce.

Who would do such a crazy thing like that? Jillian.

It seems like such a crazy idea, but I could totally see this as a TV Show.



After the wedding Jillian was only partly giving herself to her new husband, while Austin gave his all to her. They had so many sweet moments and some sexy times. They were so sweet and I couldn’t help but love them. Austin is one of those guys that is too good to be true, but who was really a dream come true kind of guy. These two lived a blissful life together, until a secret came into light. Such a great plot, with a twist I could’ve never expected. This book had my heart pumping wondering what was going to happen next. I love it so much. I am now a new fan of Rachael Duncan and I can’t wait to read more of her work.
