“Muffin” <— I think is the cutest pet name for someone and I love the story behind it.
Tuesday picks up 2 years after Hawke left and how Francesca is still trying to move on with her life. After Hawke left, she became a shell of herself. She had Kyle, but she never looked at him the way she looked at Hawke. She cared for Kyle, but not the way she should. When anything real comes out of her relationships, she runs and pushes the guy away. She was broken and felt like she had nothing to give. But when Kyle started coming around and they started spending time again, feelings she’s been trying to forget started to resurface. Will she be able to put her past behind her and give love another chance? Or will she stay as hard as a rock when it comes to love? Read and find out. I promise it will be worth it.

Hawke and Francesca journey to love and forgiveness was long and hard. With lots of tears and heartbreak between them, how can love ever survive? Then there’s Kyle who came in the line of fire, ended up breaking from it all. While reading I felt so much for Kyle, Hawke and Francesca. They all deserved so much love, but not everyone gets what they want. All the moments between Kyle and Francesca, then Hawke and Francesca…they gutted me. There were times when I couldn’t barely see my kindle, from all the unshed tears. This book truly was emotional and I loved every minute of it.
I hope to read more about Kyle, he was another great character. Of course I loved Marie and Alex, those two were so adorable and so funny. As best friends they were great and as lovers, they were sickening cute. Can’t wait to read Book 3.

In E.L. Todd’s second installment of the Timeless Series, Ms. Todd left us with an ending in Monday that has us in mourning and hopefully this time around, Tuesday will be a brighter outcome for Hawke and Frankie.
Two years have gone by and Frankie and Hawke have gone their separate ways. Frankie has fulfilled her dreams of owning her own bakery. Everything that she had wanted is in her grasps except the man that she loved. Now with Hawke knocking on her door, will she let him in or will he find himself waiting for Wednesday to come?

Tuesday was more of an raw emotional aspect of the relationship of Hawke and Frankie. Readers are allowed to feel the hurt, the sadness, the guilt, and the burning desire to make things right between them. In true and raw fashion, Ms. Todd did not wrap the story of Hawke and Frankie in a nice HEA bow but she allowed readers to see that not every relationship can be easily fixed. Relationship and trust takes time. And so in this installment, Hawke and Frankie needed this time apart to really see and evaluate the matters of the heart. And so what awaits for these two will finally be answered in the next installment. Now that Monday and Tuesday have passed, it’s time for this couple to get over this hump as the venture onto Wednesday.
While this installment may be frustrating at times as Hawke and Frankie navigate their relationship, I did enjoy the raw and emotional aspect that Ms. Todd weaved into this story line. All there is left to say, I hope this couple will get the happily ending that they deserve.

E.L. Todd
