Kiara is engaged to a man who has been in a coma for the last three years. The guilt to move on isn't helping her to make everyday any easy. She graduated college to become a teacher, but everything was put on hold since she got pregnant with their daughter Tilly, and her fiancé, Aiden, got into a tragic accident. He might as well be dead since he's been unresponsive and no such sign of ever recovering from the coma. Moving on isn't something to mess with. Having to care for Tilly has put everything on hold for her. Her daughter comes before anyone else. But things might just change since her sister Ellie, thinks she knows what's best for Kiara. By setting Kiara up with a blind date.

Max just accepted a principal's position at the school he teaches. It's a lot of work to be in his position, but he's very much dedicated. He has been burned once and has closed himself up. But that doesn't stop his best friend Grant from setting him up with blind dates after next. He agrees to another blind date and as soon as he first laid eyes on Kiara, he pretty much had to pick up his jaw off the floor. He was attracted to her, but knew that she was a little hesitant and not happy about being in the position her sister Ellie has put in her in.

After accepting the fact that she enjoyed her time with Max, she's not ready to move on just yet. Being reminded of her fiancé in a coma and a five year old to care for just means she has little room for herself. Or so she thought. Will Kiara ever be ready to move on? Will she finally open herself up for another lover? How long will Max wait for Kiara to be ready to give him a chance to have a room for him in her heart?
I highly recommend WORDS LEFT UNSAID, to anyone who is struggling with letting go. It has some lessons and will show you that moving forward is a good thing. Losing someone special will need extra help to cope with and having to deal with it alone isn't something I would suggest. You may have let go but it doesn't mean they will ever be forgotten. Moving on and letting go just shows you that you are doing what they would think is best for you. Loved every minute and every page of this book. Thank you, Missy!

Kiara was living the dream, having a beautiful little girl and a fiancé who worship the ground she walked on. With a wedding on the way, she was on her way to her happily ever after. Until a tragic accident left her fiancé in a "vegetative state”. Life couldn’t be more complicated with her fiancé still around, she couldn’t completely let go and move on. How can you move on from losing the love of your life, when he basically is still around? When is it ok to move on when the love of your life is left "vegetative state" with no chance of getting better?

After 3 yrs her fiancé Aiden is still alive, but in the same state. Kiara was still barely living, until she meets handsome Max, who makes her feel alive again. Feeling of guilt surrounds her, anytime she felt like moving guilt surrounds her, so she ends up taking a step back. Max was understanding and sweet, so they decided to take it one day at a time. But when will there ever get their chance of happiness, while Aiden is still around?
Words Left Unsaid is a beautiful, but an emotional story of living life with guilt, letting go, moving on and second chance at love. Be warned if you decide to read this book, be ready with your tissues…because this story will definitely touch every bit of your hearts.
