A light romantic comedy that will leave you dazzled!!!! I have read several books from Jane Harvey-Berrick and this book was different but delightful. If you are a fan of best friends to lovers romance, then this book might be for you as Jane Harvey-Berrick explores the strong friendship of Miles Stephens and his best friend, Claire.

Miles and Claire are childhood best friends. Claire is your girl next door who has always been in love with her best friend. She loves Miles and she knows Miles loves her too but not in the way that she loves him. Miles cares for her deeply and so he doesn't see or notice that Claire's love for him is much more. As much as she wants to tell him on how she feels about him, she is afraid that Miles won't feel the same way and might leave an awkward strain on their friendship.

Miles is a struggling actor/musician and so when he got an audition for a movie in Hollywood, he knew he couldn't pass up this opportunity. And so, a young naive British actor was ready for his big break. When Miles landed in California where glitz, glamour, and fame were important, it became apparent that everything in Hollywood is a new learning experience for him. Suddenly Miles found himself getting a whole new makeup and wardrobe in order to fit into Hollywood standard. As he tries to adjust to this new lifestyle of fame and paparazzi, Miles missed Claire and so he invites her to California so she can spend time with him while he is in movie production. But when Miles falls for his co-star, Claire is devastated that her best friend is not seeing her. So what will it take for Miles to see that fame is not all that crack up to be when you are surrounded by fake people and dazzling smiles? Will Miles finally see that the only one who can dazzle and bewitch him is Claire?

Dazzled was definitely your light best friend to lovers romance. I did find this book enjoyable but I didn't love it like Jane's previous books. Personally, I felt there were times the author could have trimmed down on some parts and showcased more of the romantic aspect of Miles and Claire. With that being said, the book overall was a enjoyable sweet light romantic comedy.
