Carey Heywood has me addicted, obsessed and fixated on The Fix Up Series. I seriously can’t get enough of the Thompson siblings! So you can imagine my excitement when I finally got my hands on Asher’s story.

Asher Thompson is the hermit of the siblings. He prefers being alone in his cabin by the lake. He is just one of those guys who has his routine and doesn’t socialize much. He is not mean or grumpy by any means, he’s just that guy who enjoys and does his carpentry business at home. And so when his normal housekeeper had an accident, he was surprised to see her daughter from New York filling in for her.
Paige Sullivan’s life is at a complete disaster. No home. No boyfriend. No work. And so when she had to move back in with her mom because of her failed business, she had to suck it up and take odd end jobs to support herself. And one of these jobs is cleaning and buying groceries for Asher Thompson.

When Asher first meets Paige, he immediately thinks she is a spoiled lazy princess. And of course, Paige thinks he’s kind of rude. So right away these two didn’t make a great first impression but as they began to spend more time with each other, they formed a kind of friendship. Asher would wait for her in his truck to make sure she got home safely after her shift from the bar. He would do these simple and romantic gestures that warmed Paige’s heart. And as a result, it was inevitable for them to not to fall for each other. So will Asher realize that Paige is a big chunk of his heart? Or will he have to let her go when her time in New Hampshire comes to an end?

Fix Me Not is a light, sweet and fun love story. You can’t help but fall in love with these characters as they brought forth their own charm and uniqueness. I am seriously addicted to this series and is greedy for more. I can’t wait for what Carey Heywood has in store for Abby, Eli, and Gideon as Noah and Eli Thompson already have their heart fixed with their significant loves.
