Emma Hart has readers drunk in love with her newest romantic comedy, Mixed Up. Hart indeed concocts a new kind of romance with her sassy and vibrant characters that makes a big splash onto the pages as she has readers like myself intoxicated with her fresh writing. With her wicked sense of humor, Hart mixed up a love story that combines friendship, banter, family, and good times.

One thing about Emma Hart that I love is that she isn’t afraid to write a strong heroine and Raven Archer is one fierce and sassy fireball that isn’t afraid to get dirty. Raven owns Dirty, a cocktail bar restaurant. While Raven has no problems mixing and serving up the drinks, she runs into a problem when she can’t find a chef to help run the food side of the business. So when her brother suggest her to ask for help from Parker Hamilton, her brother’s best friend who happens to be a Michelin rated chef, Raven has to suck up her pride and hand over the reigns to Parker to help her. Did I mention that Parker and Raven have this hate/love relationship? So you guessed it...lots of banter that possibly leads to romance? Will Raven find herself mixing up a new concoction that is called Parker?
Mixed Up was a sexy, fun, and playful romance that will have you giggling and drunk in love with Hart’s writing. The characters were intoxicating as each serves up their charm to the story. So if you are looking for a story that will make you hungry and thirsty for more of Hart’s romantic comedy then this is the book for you.
