From the Big Easy, the French Quarter, the city that brought you ‘soul food’ and beignets, New Orleans got a little hotter when Amanda Usen turned the heat up in her newest release of Make Me, Take Me. One night of passion and raw sex was all it took for two complete strangers to be enraptured with each other. In a city known for its magical spells, this one night was all it took for sparks to fly and ignite this raw desire that was brewing between Betsy Mouton and Quinton James. Fast forward to two years later, Betsy never thought that Mr. James would be standing in front of her again and this time he will make an offer that she can’t refused. Instead of one night, he made her an offer of two weeks where they will fulfill every unadulterated passion and raw sex. Will James make Betsy see that there is a connection that was already brewing and that she can’t escaped? Will Betsy finally tell Quinton to take her?

Make Me, Take Me by Amanda Usen was a hot sexy read. Things were not only cooking up in the kitchen because in this menu, all that Betsy wants to order is her side of Quinton James and she could not get enough of him. In this book, Ms. Usen allows her readers to see an independent woman trying to do whats best for her family and at the same time fulfilling her dreams of opening a restaurant. Love has always been in the back burner for Betsy till she meet hotelier, Quinton. Both Quinton and Betsy has a past that left them a little apprehensive in the HEA. But like two magnets, these two could no longer deny the connection that was stirring between them. In this sexy and romantic story line, Ms. Usen will make you believe that Happily Ever Afters doesn't just exist in fairy tales but it was also in the cards or in this case, a reading of tea leaves for them. So if you are looking for a book that is filled with steam, romance, passion, and love then I recommend you read Make Me, Take Me.
