Gravity is a story of falling stars, end of days and love. It’s a fast read that will keep any reader on the edge of their seats. Bronte Bell started out as a very fragile teenager, who didn’t know how much time she had in the world. The doctors could never figure out what was wrong with her, but all that changed the day she met the gorgeous Nick. He was polite, caring and wanted to protect Bronte from darkness. Their connection was instant, but they weren’t supposed to be together. So they tried their hardest to keep away from each other, but it never worked. No matter what they did, they end up together. Bronte is the savior of the world and with Nick she felt like she could do anything.

Bronte and Nick were electrifying together, I wanted them to be together so bad. But of course, as much as they fought to stay part, other forces tried to keep them together. I really enjoyed this story, but I was lost in the end. I loved how connected they had become, but was that the end or the beginning of another chapter? It felt like a cliffhanger for the next book, Author A.B Bloom, please say book 2 is coming. I would truly be grateful.

***** 4.25 STARS *****

Desert Jewel is a captivating read of love and survival. It’s mellow, but intriguing. Milenda and Jaali met unexpectedly, but their love started fast and strong. The way they fell in love and stayed in love was sweet. Milenda is a princess who had to choose a winner from a dangerous trial that could kill any contender. But being a contender means, having a chance of being chosen as Milenda’s husband. Being a husband of the princess means a better life, compare to the hard and poor life of an ordinary human. So instead of sitting on the side line Jaali entered in the trial to make sure that he gets a real chance of being with Milenda, the woman he loves. How will the trial end. Read and find out.

I enjoyed this adventurous and calming read of surviving for love. Jaali and Melinda were so in love, that they couldn’t get enough of each other. They met and spent time together every chance they got. Jaali loved Melinda so much, that he rather die than being without her. They were a perfect match that had so much to offer the future of not only themselves, but Melinda’s people. Melinda and Jaali’s love was strong, that nothing can stop them from being together.

WARNING: This story can get a little confusing with some of the African Swahili words, but make sure you read up on the little Glossary so you’d know exactly what they are saying. My favorite is “wimbo wa moyo”, which means heart’s song. Which is what Melinda and Jaali called each other in the book.
