A virgin rockstar who falls in love with his high school teacher!!!! Ummm...yes please!!!! More like gimme! If I could hug and fan girl over Erin Noelle right now, I would do so in an instant. Seriously, Ms. Noelle has proven to her readers and to myself that she is an amazing and talented author who continues to deliver swoonworthy romance that will make any hearts flutter and fall in love. And boy oh boy did she ever have me craving for more of my favorite virgin rock star, Everett.

#everythin1

Forbidden romance. Check! Student-Teacher Romance. Check! Hot rocker. Check! A lovable and sexy virgin hero. Double Check! And a romance that will have you singing and praising Erin Noelle for more. Big Fat Check! As you can see, this book has everything that you would want for in a romance and so I think it’s perfectly fitting that Erin Noelle aptly titled this book EVERYTHING.

Everything introduces readers to a heroine name Belle, who moved to Texas to start a new career and life. On her first day in Texas, her friend and her husband drags her out to go to a bar for some drinks. Well completely unbeknownst to her, Belle found herself staring at a gorgeous man on stage. Sparks are flying. Lust is in the air. And sexual tension is off the charts. And soon Belle finds herself making out and on the receiving end of tasting bliss and pleasure. But this hot sexual encounter was cut short, when mystery man’s sister came looking for him to be back on stage.

On her first day of teaching, Belle Sloan’s world comes to an abrupt standstill. Sitting in her classroom is the sexy rock star. And this sexy rock star is 17 years old and her student. Stunned, embarrassed, and a little shock, Belle tries to avoid Everett but he will have none of it. Everett makes it known to Belle that this connection brewing between them is something that neither of them can stop. This connection is strong. Magnetizing. Hypnotic. A moth to the flame. Call it whatever you want but THIS THING BETWEEN THEM IS EVERYTHING that they both have been searching for.

photo 866871db0743d51ef1221f5b31653c_zpskaq8ua7f.gif“The age-old battle of head versus heart warred inside me, but when my eyes fluttered open, I realized there was never really a decision to be made. In the end, I didn’t want to live with the regret of not taking the chance, and love was always worth the risk.”

When Everett finally makes it clear to Belle that he ain’t no ordinary teenager but a real man who has lived and seen the world and knows what he wants, and what he wants is Belle Sloan. Everett is no lost boy because this man should I say is career driven and the only thing that this Peter Pan is looking for is his own Tinkerbelle that he can sail away to Neverland. As Belle finally gives in to Everett, they begin a secret love affair. A love affair that is everything. A romance that is built on love, passion, and two souls finding their perfect match. But what happens when Belle’s ex comes to the picture and a misunderstanding ensues, will Everett’s jealousy be his downfall? And will this rockstar be finding himself singing another tune of heartbreak? Or will he be playing the right chords and melodies to win back the girl that is everything to him?

Erin Noelle has strummed all the right chords and notes as she perfectly brought a story that has everything from forbidden romance to theme that love is everything and so much more. Love is worth taking the chance and love has no boundaries and so if you are ready to embark on a love story that has everything from raw emotions, a sexy story line, and of course a love that truly captures that love is worth taking a risk then look no further than this book. Be sure to fall in love with Ms. Noelle’s heartfelt and meaningful prose.

It’s no secret that I am seriously addicted to the Dirty Sexy Series by Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde and so you could imagine my excitement when I finally got my hands on Dirty Sexy Cuffed. When we were first introduced to the Kincaid brothers, readers for the most part knew what to expect with Clay and Mason. Their personalities were a given but with their younger brother, Levi, readers didn’t know what to make up of him. All we knew that he was quiet and had that enigma personality. And so I was beyond excited to see what makes Levi Kincaid dirty sexy.

photo 18666bd73ebec05b7ca33f6b925a8d_zpsjfkrpo9q.gif“Are you okay with being restrained to my bed while I have access to every part of your naked body to do whatever I want? And just to be clear, I want you on your hands and knees so I can grab and smack your ass while I pound into you, so goddamn hard and deep it’ll shove you up the mattress a few feet and you’ll forget your own name. I want you on your back, your legs spread indecently wide, with my mouth and tongue and fingers fucking you before I take you with my cock. And when you think you can’t take any more, I’m going to want to do it all over again.”

Levi Kincaid is the baby Kincaid brother. He is a cop and lives a life on the straight and narrow. From his rough upbringing, Levi keeps his emotions in check. He doesn’t do drugs and doesn’t drink any alcohol especially since his mother was a drug junkie who was more concerned on getting high than taking care of her children. Keeping his emotions in check, Levi is the type of man who keeps his private life private that is until he meets a young woman that he wants badly.

#DSCuffed

Sarah is a young woman on the run from her crazy ex-boyfriend. She wants to leave Chicago and start anew. But starting anew is difficult when she has to work dead end jobs to make ends meet. With money being tight, Sarah works at a gas station convenience store in the dangerous part of Chicago. She is well aware that Officer Levi Kincaid is attracted to her since he makes daily stops on his shift to talk and ask her out in which she always turns him down since she feels there is no point in starting a relationship especially if she has plans to move. But luckily for Sarah, Levi was there to protect her when a gunman came in the store to hold her up. And soon Levi uses this to his advantage when he teases Sarah that he took a bullet for her. And so, Sarah finally gives in and agrees to go on a date with him.

photo 18666bd73ebec05b7ca33f6b925a8d_zpsjfkrpo9q.gif“So she took as much as she could now, letting him kiss her as hard and deep as he wanted, and quickly learned that he wasn’t a man who did anything halfway. The pleasure was indescribable. Beyond decadent and arousing. The intensity was off the charts, and the way he consumed her, the way he claimed her mouth as if he owned it, was nothing short of intoxicating.”

Right off the opening pages, readers could sense the brewing chemistry between Sarah and Levi and it was only a matter of time till these two acted out on their sexual frustrations and desires for one another. One kiss was all it took for Sarah to finally be awakened to this raw primal need for Levi. And soon, Levi makes it known to Sarah that he is a man who needs to be in control in the bedroom and so when Sarah finally submits to him, she awakens this hunger and need that only Levi can fulfill. As Levi and Sarah embarked on their sexual adventures together, Sarah’s past begins to unravel. The ex-boyfriend that she has been running from makes an appearance. Will Sarah be forced to run away once again? Or will she decide to run to Levi?

photo 18666bd73ebec05b7ca33f6b925a8d_zpsjfkrpo9q.gif“Somehow, two broken, damaged people with screwed-up pasts had found one another and had managed to make each other whole.”

Dirty Sexy Cuffed was a downright sexy and steamy story that had woven layers of raw emotions, vulnerability and second chances. Ms. Phillips and Ms. Wilde wrote a beautiful love story of two broken characters who found healing, comfort, and solace with one another. And most importantly, love. I adored Levi and Sarah as to how resilient they were after dealing with the deck of cards that was handed to them. So if you are looking for a story that incorporates themes of family, friendship, love, and second chances, then I highly recommend you to read this book and this series. Trust me when I tell you that you definitely would want to be cuffed to this overprotective dominant alpha with a heart of gold.

#ToSeeYou-Email

photo cde17ac4f61c5608f95b51bc0bb1e4_zpsybgfh1jf.gif“ This was a true story. I was legitimately addicted to a woman I couldn’t have . . . not to mention she didn’t want me.”

Sometime last year, I read this book called Verite and loved it and so immediately, I had to google up who is this Rachel Blaufeld. And sure enough, my obsession for her books didn’t stop after I fell head over heels in love with her Crossroad Series. I thought nothing could top my love for the Crossroad Series but I was wrong. Rachel Blaufeld has truly outdone herself with her latest release, To See You.

#ToSeeYou0

photo 3282e559250670d93eab3ca124725b_zpsmmee3i10.gif“What is it about this guy? On paper, he’s one hundred percent wrong for me. His e-mails are equal parts annoying and funny. Okay, more funny than annoying. More like refreshing. Different. Exciting. But as I stand next to him now, he’s giving me head-to-toe tingles, and I find myself dwelling on his e-mails. ”

Rachel Blaufeld if you are reading this review. I want to say that I see you. (fyi- not in that stalkerish way..lol) I see how talented you are as an author. I see that you write all your stories full of heart and raw emotions. And I see that you continue to make me a fan of your books. And most importantly, I see that you wrote one of my favorite summer reads of 2016.

#ToSeeYou1

photo cde17ac4f61c5608f95b51bc0bb1e4_zpsybgfh1jf.gif“What was Layton doing to me? I met the guy on a plane in a down time in my life, and despite the fact that I wasn’t nice to him, he pursued me through e-mail. I had to be the dumbest girl in America despite all my academic and business success.”

Do you believe in kismet? Meeting a stranger and knowing that this person could be someone? A friend maybe? Or even a lover? A soul mate? Well To See You by Rachel Blaufeld explores that theme of kismet and meant to be. But what happens when you judge a person based on their appearance? Will you base your judgement on logic or heart? And so Ms. Blaufeld will bring forth a story that weaves kismet, destiny, fate, coincidences or whatever you like to call them into the forefront of how we see strangers.

photo 3282e559250670d93eab3ca124725b_zpsmmee3i10.gif“With him, I could be the socially awkward girl who was way too ahead of herself, but was afraid to admit it.”

Have you ever judge a person by their appearance? I know I have in the past and I am very ashamed of that. And so Ms. Blaufeld will take her readers down a journey where readers will sit back and truly see how hurtful it can be. When Charli Richards boarded on her flight back to New York, she never thought the stranger sitting next to her could be the one. For one, he was not her type. He was big and is everything what her friends and mother would not consider ideal. But for some strange reason, Layton Griffin made her feel normal and special.

photo cde17ac4f61c5608f95b51bc0bb1e4_zpsybgfh1jf.gif“Charli, I’ve wanted to date you since you sat down in seat 2C. Are you not catching on to that? It’s still me, Layton, and I’m still desperately trying to woo you. There may have been dates but there’s been zero wooing. Only hoping for you.”

Charli is not perfect. For one, she is kind of a snob. She judges people and makes assumptions. Simply, she was a bitch in the first half of the book. But for some reason, Layton Griffin didn’t see Charli as that. He saw a woman that he likes and wants to get to know. So when Layton sends her an email, they soon begin to form an online friendship. As much as Charli enjoys getting emails and talking to Layton, she puts a halt to any chance starting a romantic relationship. Charli would remind herself that Layton is not the guy that she should be with.

#ToSeeYou

Being the nice guy, Layton would still email and check up on her. And when he finally started to break down her walls, Charli would once again distance herself and leave Layton hanging. Will Charli finally see Layton? Truly see him not just as a friend but see him as something more?

photo 3282e559250670d93eab3ca124725b_zpsmmee3i10.gif“Girl meets boy and she doesn’t really see him; boy meets girl and she’s all he can see.”

I have so much love for Rachel Blaufeld for writing To See You. Seriously, I love this book so much. Not only was Layton Griffin book husband material but I love the message of this book. I love that Ms. Blaufeld showcased a story that was utterly raw and stripped it’s characters bare allowing reading to see their imperfections, flaws, and vulnerabilities. This book truly took the message to see. To see that we should not judge a person. To see that our imperfections makes us perfect. To see that no one can make you happy unless you learn how to be happy. And most importantly, to see that fate has a funny way of bringing people together. All there is left to say, go fall in love with Rachel Blaufeld’s beautiful and heartfelt prose and see a beautiful love story in the making. To every Charli out there in the world, I hope you will find and see your very own Layton Griffin. In the meantime, Rachel Blaufeld I am claiming Layton all to myself. <3

Maybe that’s the gift you get for being brave.”

Consuming and heartbreakingly profound. These are just two words that comes to mind when I was blown away by the raw and stunning prose of Taylor Jenkins Reid in One True Loves. This is the second book that I have read from Ms. Reid and it definitely won’t be my last. Ms. Reid has truly cemented herself as an author who I will be keeping my eye out for since her stories has a way of bringing out a multitude of emotions and makes you really think and evaluate life, love, second chances, and everything in between.

photo a93ecc42f321f94ee92bb6bf8c56ab_zpsjs5nzcfh.gif“It was real. And now it’s over. And that’s OK. ”

If you read the synopsis of One True Loves, the story itself is pretty explanatory but the amount of emotional depth, honesty, and heartbreaking moments is what truly makes this book stand out. Ms. Reid goes beyond the typical love triangle and angst as she allows her readers to absorb every facet of emotions that the heroine endures and the two men that she loves.

What happens when the man you love dies in a tragic accident? After years of mourning the loss of your husband, you move on and find love again the second time around? But what happens when the man you loved who you thought had died is back alive and has been searching for you? Can the heart have two true loves? Or is there only one true love for everyone?

photo a93ecc42f321f94ee92bb6bf8c56ab_zpsjs5nzcfh.gif“I am who I am because I loved you once. ”

I honestly don’t want to spoil the book for the readers by giving away who Emma chooses in the end because this book is one of those reads that you must read and experience. Experience the love, the heartbreak, the loss, the confusion, and most importantly experience the honesty of what the heart and mind wants.

photo a93ecc42f321f94ee92bb6bf8c56ab_zpsjs5nzcfh.gif“I am a woman that dares to love again. I finally love that about myself. It’s messy to love after heartbreak. It’s painful and it forces you to be honest with yourself about who you are. You have to work harder to find the words for your feelings, because they don’t fit into any prefabricated boxes. But it’s worth it. Because look what you get: Great loves. Meaningful loves. True loves.”

This book. This author. These characters. This story line. These raw emotions are what truly makes this book an utterly beautiful book. LOVE is a four letter word. Simple to spell but hard to define. And the beauty of this book is that Taylor Jenkins Reid breaks everything down for readers. She puts into perspective of what truly matters in life. There is no right or wrong answers. There is no perfect solution for everything. Love is messy. Love is complicated. Love is beautiful. But in the end, the only answer that you need to ask yourself. What do you want? And for Emma, she found her answer. Her truth. Her love. So can there be multiple one true loves? I guess the only way for you to find out is to go read this book. Get spellbound and struck in this devastatingly heart wrenching and profound beautiful story of love. Embrace the many facets of love and see that true love transcends time and space.
