Uncharted is narrated by Cypriana (Pria) Walker and Jacob (JC) Colhurst-Decker. This is the third book to the Unexpected series. Although I have yet to read to the previous books, I was not lost at all when it came to the dynamics of the Colhurst-Decker clan.
Pria and JC have a humorous first meeting; JC basically tells her that their love is “written in stars,” and that they are “destined to be together forever.” Cheesy right? Well, Pria was somewhat put off by him at first, but as the story goes on his cheesiness is actually what makes him charming. The week that they spent together was the best time of their lives, but after that week ended they don’t meet face to face until 10 years later, as ghosts of their former selves.

The journey that Ms. Burgoa takes you on in Uncharted is an emotional roller coaster. This is the first book I have read from her, and I loved it. I recommend this to anyone looking for a romance about second chances!
