Black Balled was a fun, sarcastic, humorous, sexy parody read yet was able to portray a somewhat realistic vibe to the story line. From the prologue, I was instantly hooked and was invested in getting to know Troy and Larson. This book had a story line that I found unique, creative and witty. Andrea Smith and Eva LeNoir was able to spin and make a story of two different opposing men, who were able to find a common ground when it came to love. Though the path to finding love was not an easy task since these two had a "love/hate relationship." What I was truly amazed was that the authors did a perfect job in juxtaposing and weaving elements of banter, sex, and raw emotions of Troy and Larson. Black Balled was one of those type of books that will surprise you on how engrossing and fun the story-line is. The writing was brilliantly and wickedly done in showcasing the true personalities of the main characters.
Overall, I really enjoyed reading this book and could not put this book down. It was sexy, funny, and playful. This book was an easy read since the authors did an amazing job blending their different writing styles. The writing and story line was clean and flawlessly well-done. So if you are looking for a book to get lost in with fun-filled banter then I would recommend this book.
