Full Contact was an intense, sensual, and wanton read. It was brimming with a chemistry that would magnaetize any readers. It will have you panting and fanning oneself from the beginning to the end. This book is one of those reads that you wouldn't want to put down because Ms. Castille engages her reader into a storyline that is so mesmerizing that it will have you holding your breath the entire time you were reading.
Sia O'Donnell is a woman with a past. A past that is horrid that it has haunted her for years. She used to paint but after what she had to endure, anything that had to do with painting was a reminder of her ugly past. Sia is a woman whose past has prevented her from getting intimiate with anyone after what had happened to her and this has caused her to have panic attacks. Sia has been battling with her own personal demons the best way she can. And sometimes taking chance are the best way to do it. Maybe the one time she takes a chance and opens up her heart could be the one thing that can heal and erase her darkness. They say love heals. Will she take a chance on love on a man that has mesmerized her from the moment she laid eyes on him?
Ray aka "Predator", is a man dealing with a past that haunts and plagues him. While he was in service, he lost the only woman that he loved so dearly and who owned his heart. He lost his wife and blamed himself for what happened to her. Dealing with the aftermath of such a devastating accident while serving with his wife. From that day on, he has closed himself up and never lets anyone in. But that might just change...The Predator always had eyes for Sia. Watching her from afar. It's all he could do in the beginning. He never tried committing to anyone, it's too personal. When it gets to that point, he thinks that it will end up badly. He plans to keep his heart locked and untouched. That changes everything when the only person he's attracted to is so irresistible. The pull he felt from Sia, was so strong that he tried the best way he could to avoid the girl with pink highlights and tattoos. How long can the Predator stay away? Resisting the one person that may just be the only thing that could heal the pain he's been fighting with ever since he lost his wife. The question is...Will he be ready when comes the time to get that second chance at love?
This was my first time reading a book from Sarah Castille. And let me just say that I enjoyed this book so much. By the time I was done with this book, I was still thinking about Sia and Ray. This book was a real page turner and it left me wanting more. The Predator turned out to be more than what I expected. Once you get to know him, you'll fall in love with him like I did.
