Walking Heartbreak…the title itself speaks volume. Revealing what you’re about to get yourself into… Heartbroken and temperamental. It was sublime. Mind-boggling. Baffling at times. It will pull at you and have you engrossed to each page you turn. But there were times when I was confused and lost when the Sunniva alternates between the past and the future to have a better understanding of what Bo and Nadia had to endure. In this book, the author will keep you guessing with what the heroine’s deal is. All her emotions were bouncing off the wall. Nadia would seem like a loony at first if you didn’t know her back story. As for Bo, we met him from Adrenaline Crush. Which had me curious about him? He believes that he’s nothing but a walking heartbreak. Same goes with Nadia…What a pair they make right? Who wants to be with someone who still carries their past with them and can’t seem to move on? What happened to her in the past is the reason why she’s very confused when it came to dealing with reality. She doesn’t know how to open up her heart to someone who shows interest in her. You have to really pay attention to the flashbacks or you will get lost in the book. The push and pull she throws at Bo were quite chaotic. However, after all, that being said, they both have their love story in their own way. No matter what life throws at both characters it’s only a matter of time until they admit to themselves that there is hope after all. That being able to move forward, you have to let go of the past and not dwell on it. You’re only hurting yourself if you allow it to dictate you. The question is… Will they both get their HEA, together? Will they both be patient enough to fight the gnawing feeling that might very well be the one thing they are lacking in life…LOVE? If you’re a fan of a hot rock star, chaotic romance, then this book you must read!
