Under the Light truly highlights Louise ability to create a story that had you on the edge of your seat and at the same time smiling big. A must read for any romantic suspense fans!!!

Lisa Renee Jones has readers falling hard in her latest Walker Security Standalone, Falling Under. In this scintillating novel, Jones introduces readers to two fiery and charismatic characters whose lives collide in an unlikely fashion as sexual tension begins to ignite as they work together.

Jacob King is a man who gets the job done. He knows that he can’t ever let his guard down and so when he is hired to protect Jewel Carpenter, he might find it difficult to separate business and pleasure. Will Jacob find himself breaking his own rules when it comes to Jewel’s safety and heart?

Falling Under is a sexy fast paced standalone that implemented all the right chemistry, sexual tension and suspense to keep readers like myself intrigued with Jacob and Jewel’s connection. As always, the writing was superb as Jones created an imagery for readers to feel for the characters. A must read for all you Lisa Renee Jones fans.

Taken was more than expected. This was my first read from Author Logan Chance and I’m so glad that I took the chance on his story. This story was perfect. I was hooked by the story of childhood friends right from the start. This story is sweet, sexy and full suspense. With so many twist and turn that will get any reader stomach in knots.

I love the story of best friends always doing things together. Their story was so sweet I couldn’t help but read. Xavier was more than I expected. He was such a strong character who had so much patience and love for Rhiannon. I couldn’t believe how much he did for her, to make sure she had her happy ending. Not only did they belong together, but they were wow so hot together. From their dip in the lake to their kitchen counter snack. ;).

I can’t wait to read more from this new to me author.

There is just something about reading a mafia romance and to have it written by Aleatha Romig makes it extra worthwhile. If you haven’t read the previous Infidelity Series, do not fret because Respect can be most definitely read as a standalone. In this book, Aleatha introduces readers to the origins of Oren and Angelina’s love story. This book gave readers an insight as to what they had to endure as a couple and if you read this series, readers get to see a young Nox. All in all, this book was fantastically written and had that Aleatha sexiness and intrigue to keep readers entertained.

With a mixture of angst, infidelity, and suspense, Aly Martinez allows us a readers to see two former friends cross path as they turn to each other for protection, healing, and love. So if you are looking for a book that showcases second chances and hope exist then this book is for you.

It’s no secret that I am a huge Lexi Blake fan and so when I found out that she was revamping her book, Small Town Siren under the pen name, Sophie Oak, I couldn’t wait to see what she has in store for her readers.

Small Town Siren focuses on the return of Abigail Moore to her small town in Texas. It is there she meets Sam and Jake. Right away, Sam is smittened with Abigail and convinces Jake that she is the perfect girl for them. So yes, this book is a scintillating sexy, and erotic menage that pushes the boundaries of traditional romance. So if you are looking for a romance that had the small town charm, quirks and was provocative then this book is for you.

Pretty Dead Girls by Monica Murphy is a scintillating addictive young adult suspense mystery. In this case of whodunit, Murphy engages her readers to be swept away in a story line where young girls from an affluent town are murdered. Throughout the story, characters are introduced and let me just say these characters are the very quintessential stereotype of mean girls. In this book, everyone is pretty much a suspect. Since this is pretty much a fast read that was high with drama, I won’t reveal too much but what I will say this book is definitely a hybrid of Mean Girls meets Pretty Little Liars!!!

So if you are looking for engaging and slightly obsessive read, then I highly suggest you to read this book as it was well written and will keep you guessing as to who is the killer.
